August of 2024 Schisler Funeral Homes Maintenance Team (Beth, Collin and Mason) along with members of the Northampton Borough Maintenance Team, worked together to cut, trim, clean, remove, and replace overgrowth, shrubbery, weeds, and mulch to the George and Hattie Schisler Memorial Library, in memory of Fannie A. Schisler. The task at hand transformed the exterior appearance to enhance its presence in the community as well as exposing more light to the patrons and children inside. Our hope in this endeavor is that everyone's visit to the public library is now more inviting and enhanced with light for your reading and learning pleasure.
